By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) you are voluntarily choosing to ride as a passenger in a privately owned vehicle on public roads, with the owner driving at all times — you will not drive the vehicle under any circumstances; (2) Brad's EV Test Drive and its owner are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your voluntary participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law; (3) this session does not include vehicle insurance coverage for you as a participant; (4) you must be at least 18, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, to participate; (5) your typed name below, submitted with this form, is intended as your electronic signature and agreement to these terms in place of a physical signature.
